A LIVE snapshot is the one that is currently active on the webpage. This can be an OPEN or CLOSED snapshot.
Once a snapshot is created, it will be listed on the Manage Snapshots tab. The list includes two sections:
- SCHEDULED: Snapshots that are LIVE or scheduled to go LIVE in the future
- NOT SCHEDULED: Snapshots that aren’t scheduled
You can edit an existing snapshot by clicking the pencil icon next to the snapshot title. However, it is not recommended to make any changes to a poll while its status is LIVE.
You can make a snapshot LIVE immediately or at a future date/time:
- Click the orange MAKE LIVE button to immediately set the snapshot to LIVE status
- OR click on the calendar icon to select a future date/time when you want the snapshot to go LIVE
- A snapshot that is currently LIVE is denoted by an orange circle. The calendar icon will be orange with the word “LIVE” and a box showing the date and time when the snapshot went LIVE. You can only have one snapshot LIVE at any given time.
- A scheduled snapshot will show the calendar icon in gray and will show the scheduled start date/time.
- If no snapshots are set to LIVE for a campaign, the 404 Error Page will be served when a user visits the URL.
