How many reports you can run at once will depend on how many other users are also running reports and the size of the data set. If reports fail, it could be due to data size.
- For a mid-sized dataset, we recommend that you run no more than 3-5 reports per job. The definition of a mid-sized campaign depends on the type of campaign / data-type but between 1M and 5M records would be considered mid-sized.
- For a large dataset, > 5M records, the reports may be slow to run so we would recommend 1-2 reports at a time.
Note: If your campaign has a large volume or is more than 3 weeks of data, you will need to ask SysAdmin to “scale up”. All producers should make note of their reporting dates on the Ops Reporting Board so that SysAdmin is aware. If a Producer needs to pull a larger report outside of the pre-determined times, they will need to create a JIRA Ticket for SysAdmin.
