Campaign Manager has four access levels that determine how much information a user can access and manipulate within the database.
Access Levels
- Platform Admin: Telescope Employees Only
- Client Admin: access to ALL Accounts under Client
- Account Admin: access to select Accounts under Client (can be multiple)
- Viewer: view dashboard and stats only within a dashboard
Terms
- Client: Root Client under which Accounts live
- Account: Overarching project Account for under a Client. An Account can have multiple campaigns set up within it.
- Campaign: The individual Campaign under an Account. There can be multiple Campaigns under an Account often representing a specific sweepstakes, poll, or vote.
- Snapshot: Controls what state the end users will see on your application at a given point in time. A Campaign can have multiple snapshots and multiple snapshot types.
