Once a snapshot is scheduled or made live, the next step is to determine the lock time. The lock time can be done on demand or it can be scheduled.
Important Note: Schedule the Lock Time to activate the Countdown on an Open Snapshot.
The locked state is when users are no longer able to submit answers to questions. Users can still view the questions and answer options and see what was selected, but no changes can be made.
For example, if the Predictor Game was for a NBA game, you would want to lock the snapshot before the game started so players could no longer change their answers.
Select the icon to the left of the “live” button on the Snapshot Dashboard to access the scoring modal.
From here, you can lock your snapshot and can score questions.
