Once a snapshot is locked, the questions become available to score. The “SCORE NOW” button below will appear to the right of the Game Title.
Scoring happens on a game level so all questions in a game that are marked as ready to score will update when score now is updated.
Scoring a game will make the user able to see the correct answers.
If the leaderboard auto release for the campaign is on, the user’s points will increment, and the leaderboard will update to show the new top-ranking players.
If the auto release is off (set to manual mode), the admin will need to go to the leaderboard tab in analytics to review and release the leaderboard.
The release score button will be disabled in the following situations:
- Auto Release On
- There is a Score / Automatic Job Scheduled / Processing
- There haven’t been any Score Job executed (no score to be released)
- There is a Release Job Processing
Release jobs will also affect the Manage Score component. Score Schedule will be disabled while:
- There is Score / Automatic Job Processing
- There is a Release Job Scheduled / Processing
